We know the lack of a stable, alcohol and drug-free living environment can be a serious obstacle to sustained abstinence and to developing a healthy new way of life in recovery. Destructive living environments, old people, places, and patterns can derail recovery for even highly motivated individuals.

The life most people face when they leave treatment and enter sobriety can feel extremely unmanageable, lonely and fraught with emotional triggers. Into Action House guests have the safety of others in sobriety, practicing the same daily challenges. The bond of the fellowship, unconditional tolerance and understanding often produces great change in outlook for our guests.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for drug and/or alcohol use and/or possession and all guests are routinely drug tested to ensure the safety of the house.
